Doug Miller started singing right out of high school and into college.  He was at The Ohio State University when he started singing in his first quartet, The Evangelistics.  Early in the 1980s, Doug and two young men of the Mid-South Boys started The Concords.  They bought the name from Jim Black; after a few years Doug acquired the name and moved the group to Ohio.  There, he and his wife, Pat, sang throughout the rest of the 80's.  Once their family started, they worked as youth ministers and music ministers and believed in raising their children to have solid foundations in Christ. After singing locally for years, their daughters matured into talented young ladies...itching to sing...so they decided to start The Concords, yet again, in 2008.
Pat Miller is a very talented lady.  She is a graduate of the University of Rio Grande with a degree in Business.  She wrote the group's single, "Second Chance" when she was just 16 years old.  Pat has sung gospel music her whole life, growing up between Ohio and Arkansas.  She has traveled many miles, singing with her family and The Concords. Pat has blessed thousands of people with her kind and loving personality and anointed singing.  She is the wife of Doug and the mother of her three daughters: Elizabeth, Ashley, and Amber.
Elizabeth (Miller) Clary, 21, is the oldest daughter to Pat and Doug.  She is a Junior at the University of Rio Grande, where she is double majoring in Mass Communications and Public Relations, with a minor in Photography.  She has sung at many churches, fairs, ball games, talent shows, and more since she was big enough to stand.  She has a clear, edgy voice that will bless your heart.  She recently married her best friend, Weston Clary on August 15, 2009 in Gallipolis, OH.
Ashley Miller, 19, is one of the twins.  Ashley and her twin have become a dynamic duo at anything they attempt--from singing in dramas at school to national champs in cheerleading.  Ashley was Miss Ohio's Outstanding Teen in 2007 and enjoyed the success in being able to touch people's lives. She sang where ever she went, witnessing and ministering to individuals of all ages.  She is a 2009 graduate of South Gallia High School and a sophomore at the University of Rio Grande, majoring in High School Education.
Amber Miller, 19, is the younger of the "Miller Twins," as they are known around their local area.  She is a sophomore at the University of Rio Grande, majoring in Middle School Education.  Amber has won many talent contests, and sang at many events and festivals.  Amber and Ashley are the 2009 recipients of the 1st place trophy at the Ohio State Beta Talent Competition.  Amber is talented in many ways-- including being able to play numerous instruments and singing alto with The Concords.
